Michael has over 30 years of experience in all aspect of roofing, waterproof roofing and sheet metal roof. In addition to the knowledge received from his father and grandfather, Michael works hard to keep up with emerging roof products and new, high tech roof materials. He is regarded as a roof expert in all facets of both residential roofs, commercial roofing and roof waterproofing application. His expertise includes shingle roofing (asphalt & cedar roof), slate roof work and all built up or one ply rubber roof systems and modified butimens. HIC License# 104669.
Paul Lynch
General Manager
Paul has over 25 years of experience in all types of commercial and residential roofing. Paul came to be Michael’s right hand man and subscribes to the belief in family pride and customer service. His specialty is residential roof sales and project management, and he is a member of the CertainTeed Advisory Board.
Amy Johnson
Office Manager
Having worked in the industry now for over 20 years, Amy has been gaining experience in optimizing all construction office operations which include all administrative needs, accounting responsibilities and many more. As a seasoned office manager, she is passionate about providing the best experience for our customers in addition to all her many job responsibilities. Outside of the office Amy enjoys quality time spent with her family and friends.
Andrew Fotta
Operations Manager & Chief Estimator
Andrew is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School with credited years at UMaine, Harvard Extension, and Wentworth Institute of Technology. Growing up around all facets of construction Andrew is highly experienced in logistics and budgeting on an array of various disciplines in construction from high-end residential to large-scale commercial jobs. Andrews versatility in engaging with customers gives everyone a welcoming feeling when utilizing ARI’s professional services. Andrew emmulates his knowledge in the roofing industry from his mentorship by the Lynch brothers and their long bloodline of roofing/waterproofing. Andrew is OSHA 30 certified and is expected to receive his Construction Supervisors License in 2024.
Charles Matthew Berry
Director of Operations
As a highly skilled professional Matt has a strong background in construction and project management both hands on and academically. With a degree in Preservation Carpentry from North Bennet Street School and a distinguished service record in the U.S. Navy, Matt is an expert in complex problem solving and building diagnostics. His record in scholastics and military experience are complemented by his MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License, his HIC license, and his certification for OSHA 30. Matt plays a critical role at ARI overseeing all facets to ensure seamless operations and efficient project execution.
Gary Morrissey
Project Manager
Originally from Braintree Massachusetts, a graduate of Blue Hills Regional Technical High School, and a Licensed Unrestricted Construction Supervisor. Gary recently retired as First Sargeant from the United States Army where he honed skills in Construction, Planning, Leadership, Operations Management, Project Management, and Quality Assurance. Gary is currently the Production Manager for Associate Roofing and is responsible for all aspects of job production.

Director of First Impressions & Administrator
As the newest member of our team, she brings over 25 years of executive level support experience as well as several years of customer service support experience. She serves as our “Director of First Impressions” and assists with all daily administrative needs for the office. She is passionate about making your experience with us a positive one. She has a love for all things construction and when out of the office, she’s happiest spending time with her boys, her dog Brody and exploring.
